With twenty years of progressive leadership experience across legal, national research, consulting, and retail environments, Pam brings depth, range, and credibility to every engagement. She holds the CPHR designation (BC & Yukon HRMA, since 2010) and the internationally respected SHRM-SCP (SHRM, 2019).
Pam has built HR functions from the ground up, led multi-site operations across multiple jurisdictions, and strengthened culture and engagement to empower high-performing cross-functional teams. She advises leaders across the full spectrum of HR — consistently earning trust at every level with a calm, principled, and collaborative approach.
Her work ensures people strategies align with organizational goals and cultivate inclusive workplaces where employees and organizations thrive together — delivering excellence with lasting and positive impact.
